The Clarinet Studio
Dr. Glettler's studio is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Over 15 years of teaching experience help foster an atmosphere conducive to creativity, learning, success, and enjoyment. Students of all ages and experience are welcome and accepted in the studio, as individualized one-on-one teaching is the key to progress at all stages.
Mandy's love for chamber music, in addition to recognizing a need for small ensemble opportunities for young wind players, led to the development of a new facet within her studio. Dr. Glettler conducts small ensembles in the form of duets, trios, quartets and clarinet choir. Any combination of instrument (winds, strings, piano) will be coached as there is an array of wonderful music to satisfy each collaboration. Mandy will happily formulate ensembles of interested students with similar skill levels and experience or ensembles can be self-generated by a group of students or by school band directors. Regular ensemble performances will occur as music should be shared.
